Navartis Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Engineer for a site-based role in the Pennington area. You will lead electrical installation, testing, and commissioning on a major UK infrastructure project, coordinating with site teams, subcontractors, designers and clients.

The role requires a degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, hands-on delivery on construction/industrial projects, and strong knowledge of LV systems and instrumentation.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience delivering electrical packages on major projects.
• Strong knowledge of LV systems, instrumentation and control.
• Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation.
• Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage electrical subcontractors, suppliers, and specialist vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical electrical engineering support during construction, installation, testing, commissioning, and project close-out phases.
• Oversee and supervise electrical installation activities, ensuring works align with drawings, specifications, standards and client requirements.
• Review technical documentation and resolve engineering queries and non-conformances in a timely manner.
• Monitor project progress, support planning activities, and contribute to programme management to hit milestones.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, site records, and technical documentation as required.
• Witness and oversee FAT/SAT, commissioning activities, and final handover processes.
• Ensure all electrical systems are tested, commissioned, and documented per project specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain accurate site records and quality documentation.
• Promote health and safety, environmental compliance, and quality across site activities.
