Job summary

Anthro JV is seeking an Electrical Engineering professional to assist the Delivery Manager in delivering the Electrical Work Package for Old Oak Common Station. You will collaborate with the project team, 3rd party design consultants, main contractor, Siemens SBS and installation contractors to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities include reviewing designs to ensure buildability, coordinating procurement of electrical and BEMS equipment, and supporting testing,

Qualifications

• Minimum HNC or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering.
• Demonstrable skills in design.
• Full understanding of schematics and drawings.
• Understanding of the industry best practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist Delivery Manager to deliver the project to meet cost, time, and quality requirements.
• Reviewing designs, specifications, and control strategies in line with current HS2, NR, BS, EN and ISO standards and to ensure buildability and constructability.
• Assisting Procurement of mechanical, public health, fire, electrical and BEMS equipment to ensure compatibility with selected equipment.
• Identify any weakness or errors in the design that could jeopardise functionality.
• Coordinating site installation while ensuring HSE best practices are always followed.
• Coordinating any technical queries throughout design, installation and commissioning.
• Supporting testing, commissioning, and system validation.
• Assist with handover documentation and client training.
• Mentor and support junior staff, contributing to continuous team development.
