Job summary

Egis, via the Anthro joint venture with VVB Engineering, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead Electrical, Mechanical, Public Health, Fire, Telecoms and BEMs design delivery for Old Oak Common Station as part of the HS2 gateway project in London.

You will coordinate multi-disciplinary design teams, ensure safety, quality, budget, and schedule compliance, and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships.

Qualifications

• Essential rail, complex infrastructure or systems experience.
• Significant project management experience leading multi-disciplinary delivery teams.
• NEC3 contract management experience, ideally as PM for 3+ years.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for successful delivery of work packages including programme, budget, quality and safety.
• Co-lead multi-disciplinary design teams to deliver on time, on budget and to required quality.
• Manage health and safety, governance and reporting with escalation where needed.
• Own interface management and coordination with subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives.
• Drive procurement approvals and value engineering within the programme constraints.
• Support change and commercial management processes under NEC3 Option C.
