Job summary

Kier Group is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Engineer for a major Custodial sector project in Shaftesbury, Dorset. You will support the Kier Mechanical & Electrical team, delivering comprehensive electrical project engineering services on a large-scale build.

The role requires strong technical proficiency in electrical services, CSCS and SMSTS accreditation, and a track record of leading electrical works packages within project teams.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be technically proficient in electrical services and safety.
• Must hold CSCS and SMSTS accreditation.
• Experience managing electrical works packages within a project team.

Responsibilities

• Procure, plan and carry out works safely in line with standards and requirements.
• Review designs with teams and clients for efficiency and safety.
• Manage change control, risk and quality procedures.
• Provide accurate information to project management for site progress and financial reporting.
• Lead project team members, set expectations and maximize performance.
