Qualifications

• Previous experience within electrical maintenance, electrical contracting or project management.
• Strong electrical background with relevant qualifications.
• Experience managing electrical engineers and subcontractors.
• Good understanding of commercial and industrial electrical maintenance.
• Experience with planned and reactive maintenance.
• Strong understanding of electrical compliance and health & safety.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical maintenance and remedial projects from initial planning through to completion.
• Coordinate electrical engineers, subcontractors and site teams.
• Plan and schedule planned and reactive maintenance works.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Carry out site visits and monitor project progress.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and provide regular updates.
• Review project requirements, scopes of work and quotations.
• Manage labour, materials and subcontractor requirements.
• Ensure all works are completed in line with current electrical regulations and health & safety requirements.
• Review RAMS, permits and project documentation.
• Monitor project costs and assist with commercial management.
• Provide technical support and guidance to engineers where required.
• Ensure maintenance and project records are kept up to date.
• Identify additional works and opportunities with existing clients.
