Job summary

RTL Group Ltd in Aldershot is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical works on a major commercial project from planning through to handover. You will manage subcontractors, liaise with main contractors and site teams, and ensure delivery to programme, budget and safety standards.

The role requires a proven track record on commercial projects, strong leadership and excellent communication, with a solid understanding of electrical installations, RAMS, and site

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager on commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical installations and construction processes.
• Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all electrical works across the commercial project.
• Oversee electrical subcontractors, engineers, electricians and site teams.
• Coordinate with the main contractor, site management and other trades.
• Ensure works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and programme requirements.
• Monitor progress, quality, costs and project deadlines.
• Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Review RAMS, permits and relevant project documentation.
• Ensure all works comply with current health & safety legislation and site requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical and project-related issues.
• Manage commissioning, testing and handover documentation.
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and project delivery.
