Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proficient in electrical CAD tools, MRP systems, and Microsoft Office.

• Proven track record of leading projects and delivering results.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the electrical design of innovative products from concept through to manufacture.
• Ensure all designs meet regulatory, customer, and company standards.
• Take ownership of projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to other engineers across design, development, verification, and manufacturing.
• Offer technical support across departments and contribute to new business activities.
• Act as Design Project Leader when assigned, managing technical direction and motivating your team to achieve key project milestones.
