Job summary
ADSYST (AUTOMATION) LIMITED in Sandhurst, Berkshire is seeking an Electrical Installation Supervisor (Senior/Lead) to survey, install, commission and support site-based control systems on automation projects across the UK water industry. This role is electrically biased with some PLC programming training provided. Travel to sites within the UK is required (approx.
3 hours away; occasional overnight stays). The position is full-time, 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of practical electrical supervisory experience.
- Electrical qualifications C&G, BTEC, NVQ3, ONC or HNC/HND, 18th edition.
- ECS Gold card eligibility (Adsyst covers exam).
- SSSTS or SMSTS desirable.
- Experience in service & support, electrical installation or maintenance.
- Familiar with PLCs and basic programming (training provided).
Responsibilities
- Survey, install, commission and support site-based control systems.
- Oversee high-standard work within deadlines.
- Travel to UK sites (approx. 3 hours away); some overnight stays.
- Lead and supervise electrical installation teams.
