Energy Jobline ZR in Sheffield is seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator to own the preparation, coordination and submission of electrical tenders across commercial, industrial and public-sector projects. You will review drawings, lead cost plans, price projects, negotiate with suppliers and mentor junior estimators while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience estimating electrical building services projects.
• Strong technical understanding of electrical building services systems.
• Experience pricing projects across multiple sectors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive electrical estimates from first principles.
• Review tender drawings, specifications and contract documentation.
• Produce detailed cost plans, pricing schedules and tender submissions.
• Negotiate supplier and subcontractor quotations to secure best value.
• Mentor Estimators and Trainee Estimators.
