Key Duties:

• Price and tender electrical projects ranging from £10,000 to £500,000
• Support operational delivery across sectors including pharmaceutical, manufacturing, residential, and commercial
• Work closely with the delivery and design teams to ensure accurate estimating and project scoping
• Interpret both pre-designed and design & build specifications
• Lead the commercial approach to new business opportunities
• Ensure estimating aligns with contractual terms (JCT & NEC)
• Contribute to continuous improvement in cost management and project planning

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in electrical estimating
• Previous experience as an electrician is essential for practical insight into installations
• Strong commercial acumen and contractual knowledge (JCT & NEC)
• Proven ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously
• High attention to detail with strong IT and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented mindset with flexibility and initiative
