Fawkes & Reece Group in City of London is seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator to take ownership of large electrical tenders across high-value M&E projects. You will lead tender strategy, cost plans, and build strong supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as an Electrical Estimator within an M&E contractor or specialist subcontractor.
• Experience managing large and technically complex electrical tenders.
• Strong understanding of electrical building services and installation methodologies.
• Excellent knowledge of estimating, procurement and subcontractor engagement.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project risks and opportunities.
• Confident negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Strong presentation, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously.

• Present estimates and tender proposals to senior management and project stakeholders.
• Mentor and support junior estimators within the team.

About the Role
