Job summary
Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Senior Estates Officer (Electrical) to provide authorised person cover and technical leadership for the Trust's electrical infrastructure. The role focuses on safety, compliance, and specialist support across multiple sites, with ongoing involvement in capital projects and asset management.

Qualifications
- Experience managing electrical infrastructure in a large multi-site healthcare setting.
- Experience acting as Authorised Person for HV/LV or similar.
- Knowledge of HTMs, HBNs, BS 7671 and NHS Estates standards.
- CPD evidence and ongoing professional development.
- Authorised Person status lead training or ability to achieve within an agreed timescale.
Responsibilities
- Act as Authorised Person for electrical specialisms across sites.
- Provide technical leadership for electrical systems and compliance.
- Support maintenance, compliance, capital projects, and asset management.
- Collaborate with contractors, project managers, and suppliers.
- Support on-call Estates management rota.
