• Ability to work independently on moderately complex electrical engineering projects with minimal instruction.
• Experience supporting root cause investigations and performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Supports root cause investigations of recurring performance issues in collaboration with OEMs and fleet engineers.
• Coordinates outage scope development with internal stakeholders and supports planning with technical input.
• Analyzes site and fleet data to identify performance gaps and supports corrective actions.
• Provides feedback on applicability and performance of industry technology and pilots testing to improve fleet awareness.
• Tracks vendor performance and participates in technical discussions to capture site-specific learnings.
