Responsibilities

• Root cause investigations of recurring performance issues and collaboration with OEMs to validate trends.
• Coordinate outage scope development with internal stakeholders and assist planning teams.
• Analyze site and fleet data to identify performance gaps and support improvement actions.
• Provide feedback on new technologies and support pilot testing and data collection.
• Engage in CoPs and vendor discussions, tracking performance and escalating issues as needed.
