Job summary

Arup is seeking Senior Electrical Engineers to join our MEICA team in the UK. You will contribute to winning and delivering projects across Energy, Water and Resources sectors, applying your expertise in electrical and control systems design to deliver robust, sustainable solutions.

You will work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams, guiding design activities, ensuring quality, programme and budget adherence, and supporting the delivery of diverse schemes including wind, solar, hydro

Qualifications

Strong background in electrical design within Energy/Water/Resources sectors.
Ability to produce and interpret detailed design documentation and drawings.
Experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g. Trimble).
Understanding of electrical and/or control systems engineering with specialist knowledge in at least one area.
Experience managing multidisciplinary projects and knowledge of CDM regulations.

Responsibilities

Contribute to winning and delivering projects across the UK within Energy, Water and Resources sectors.
Develop innovative and sustainable electrical/control system designs for a varied project portfolio.
Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to meet quality, programme and budget requirements.
Provide guidance on electrical and control systems design and ensure technical robustness.
