Job summary

You will collaborate with clients, architects and multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects that meet high technical standards and support junior engineers.
You will mentor engineers, manage project delivery, prepare technical reports and build strong client relationships while ensuring compliance with industry standards and the company's
Qualifications
- Senior electrical engineer with 5+ years of building services experience.
- Proven ability to design electrical building services across multiple sectors.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Degree in engineering and working towards MCIBSE / CEng status.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead electrical services design on a variety of projects.
- Manage and coordinate project delivery from conception to completion.
- Prepare complex calculations, specifications and technical reports.
- Engage directly with clients and attend project meetings.
- Oversee design quality and mentor engineers and technicians.
- Support project planning, resource management and commercial reporting.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with business management systems and industry standards.
