Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in Glasgow is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical building services design from concept through to handover on prestigious UK projects. You will collaborate with clients, architects and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality electrical solutions and mentor junior engineers.

You'll need 5+ years in a senior role, a degree in electrical engineering, and current Chartered status (MCIBSE/CEng is desirable).

Qualifications

• Experience delivering electrical building services design across sectors.
• Leading projects and mentoring teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Amtech, Dialux, Hevacomp, NBS or similar.
• AutoCAD and Revit experience.
• Degree qualified in electrical engineering.
• Working towards or holding MCIBSE / CEng status.
• Approximately 5+ years' experience at Senior Engineer level.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

The Role

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you'll take a leading role in the design and delivery of electrical building services solutions from concept through to completion. You'll work closely with clients, architects, contractors and multidisciplinary design teams, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest technical standards while helping develop and support junior engineers.

What We're Looking For

• Experience delivering electrical building services design across a range of sectors
• Previous experience leading projects and mentoring teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of industry software including Amtech, Dialux, Hevacomp, NBS or similar
• AutoCAD and Revit experience
• Degree qualified ()
• Working towards or holding MCIBSE / CEng status
• Approximately 5+ years' experience operating at Senior Engineer level
• Full UK Driving Licence
