Job summary

Aldwych Consulting Ltd in Leeds is seeking an Electrical Engineer or Senior Electrical Engineer to join our established team. You will work on high-profile, technically challenging projects across the built environment in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting, delivering sustainable electrical solutions from concept through to completion.

Qualifications

• A degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
• Experience delivering electrical designs within the built environment.
• Strong knowledge of LV distribution, lighting, earthing/protection and emergency/standby systems.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary projects.
• IEng/CEng status or a willingness to work towards professional qualification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver electrical design projects from brief to completion.
• Produce calculations, drawings and technical documentation.
• Coordinate designs with MEP disciplines, consultants and contractors.
• Review contractor submissions and check installations on site.
• Attending client and design team meetings.
• Mentor junior engineers and manage workloads to programme.
