Job summary

Millbank Holdings Ltd in Liverpool is recruiting a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design for major projects. You will steer concept through construction, coordinating with clients, architects and multidisciplinary teams to deliver compliant, sustainable solutions.

The role requires deep building services knowledge, Chartered status or progress toward it, and a track record on large, complex schemes. Hybrid working from Speke is available.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Membership of CIBSE or IET and chartered status or working towards it.
• Significant experience delivering electrical building services on large projects.
• Strong communication and document control skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality electrical designs and specifications meeting project briefs.
• Lead electrical design across large, complex projects and coordinate with other teams.
• Offer high-level technical advice in electrical building services engineering.
• Represent electrical engineering at design meetings and drive concept development.
• Oversee delivery of coordinated design solutions through project completion.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop engineering standards, BIM-enabled solutions and cost estimates as required.
