Job summary

Fusion People Ltd in Central London is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a high-profile project team for the Greenwich Royal Observatory project. You will help deliver complex electrical building services from design through testing and commissioning, coordinating with Project Management and Senior Project Engineer.

The role requires knowledge of electrical systems in complex buildings, BIM coordination and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to quality and safety.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• Experience in electrical building services in complex buildings.
• Familiarity with BIM coordination and multidisciplinary project environments.
• CSCS card is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and review electrical design information, raising RFIs and technical queries where required.
• Support the delivery of electrical procurement packages, including technical reviews and monitoring material deliveries.
• Review electrical shop drawings, material submittals and method statements, making recommendations for approval.
• Monitor electrical works against project programmes and identify potential delays or constraints.
• Support site installation activities, ensuring quality of workmanship and compliance with specifications.
