At EDF power solutions, we're delivering an Electric UK and Ireland. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing and delivering substation solutions up to 400kV, supporting projects from early development through to construction and commissioning, and helping drive our transition to a net zero future.
In this Senior Electrical Engineer role, you'll lead the design and delivery of HV substation primary plant solutions across a growing portfolio of renewable and low-carbon projects. You'll contribute across the full project lifecycle, influencing technical decisions, maintaining engineering excellence, and supporting safe, efficient delivery. Alongside a competitive salary and potential for an annual bonus, this role offers flexibility to be based across our #London, #Edinburgh or #Durham offices, with hybrid working available. You'll work across multiple UK sites, with travel required to support project delivery and collaboration with teams and stakeholders. You'll work within a multidisciplinary engineering environment, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, reviewing and approving design deliverables, and acting as a trusted subject matter expert. There's also opportunity to mentor junior engineers and shape best practice across our engineering capability.
