We have over 175 employees based in our offices in south Manchester, Belfast, Dublin, and Glasgow. As the business grows, we are now looking to extend our team by recruiting a senior electrical engineer, based in our Stockport office, with UK and some EU travel.

We are looking for:

• An electrical engineer with a good degree in Electrical or Power Systems engineering.
• Significant post-university experience in electrical power transmission infrastructure, including design, project management, and commissioning.
• Experience with HV, MV, and LV systems, embedded protection circuits, grid connections, switchgear, substations, switchyards, and coordination with UK DNOs.
• Professional communication with clients and colleagues, attending project meetings, and delivering high-quality technical reports and models.
• Experience with electrical engineering sector software.
• Conducting feasibility studies, due diligence, and design reviews.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and welfare in engineering.
• Witnessing site and factory acceptance testing.
• Providing site-based construction monitoring in the UK or Ireland.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently as required.
