Job summary

ibse is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to deliver electrical design from RIBA Stage 0 to 4 for a varied project portfolio in Cardiff. You will undertake feasibility studies, produce drawings and tender documentation, and support client advisory work with strong technical rigour.

The role combines design, site-based surveying and collaboration with internal teams to ensure quality, compliance and on-time delivery. Hybrid working with regional collaboration is available.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering; Chartered or working towards MCIBSE.
• Experience delivering electrical design independently.
• Experience in consultancy or site-based engineering.
• Experience with asset surveying and technical due diligence.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Revit would be beneficial.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
