Etex Building Performance is hiring an electrical subject matter expert to support reliability, maintenance and performance of electrical systems across the plant. You will lead fault-finding, guide maintenance activities and support reliability programmes.

You will collaborate with maintenance, production and engineering teams to maximise asset availability, drive safe practices and document all activities with precision.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in an electrical maintenance or reliability role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, including motors, drives, switchgear, PLC-controlled equipment and power distribution.
• Proven experience carrying out advanced fault-finding and diagnostics.
• Experience working within preventative maintenance and reliability-centred maintenance environments.
• Strong understanding of condition-based monitoring and asset reliability principles.
• Experience supporting shutdown planning and execution.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong communication skills to coach technicians and apprentices.
• A proactive approach to safety and operational excellence.
