Job description

Westlakes Recruit is currently recruiting for experienced Electrical/Senior Electrical Designers, preferably with backgrounds in the Nuclear, Defence, or other highly regulated sectors. The position is permanent, offers hybrid working, and is based in Warrington or Cumbria.

Senior Designer Responsibilities:

1. Work within the present CE&I design team to deliver all typical CE&I detailed design deliverables according to schedule and support key milestones.
2. Produce or review the required design drawings and documentation for base deliverables.
3. Maintain a high standard of quality in documentation, drawings, and deliverables.
4. Manage own time effectively and plan work efficiently.
5. Participate in design reviews and support the presentation of design documentation.
6. Guide and mentor CE&I Design Apprentices.
