Job summary

Beeby Anderson Recruitment in Glasgow is seeking an Electrical Engineer or Senior Electrical Engineer to join a leading building services consultancy.

You will design and deliver electrical building services across all design stages, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, attend client meetings, and mentor junior engineers. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, Revit is desirable, and Chartered status or progress toward chartership is preferred for senior candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience within Building Services Engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical building services design.
• Confident communicator with client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and development of electrical building services systems across all project stages.
• Collaboration with internal teams and external consultants to deliver coordinated design solutions.
• Attendance at client, design team and site meetings.
• Preparation of design calculations, specifications and technical documentation.
• Use of AutoCAD; Revit experience desirable.
• Supporting innovation through new techniques and technologies.
• (Senior level) Leading projects and mentoring junior engineers.
