Job summary

Red Bull Advanced Technologies in Milton Keynes is seeking a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to lead the specification, design and integration of complex electrical systems for high‑performance automotive and motorsport platforms. You will own system‑level design, drive technical delivery, and mentor junior engineers while delivering engineering excellence under tight timelines.

The role requires a deep background in electrical system design, wiring harness routing, and established proficiency

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in electrical system design for motorsport, automotive, aerospace, or high‑performance sectors.
• Strong understanding of low‑voltage automotive electrical systems and protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
• Expert in wiring harness design, routing, and system packaging.
• Proficient in Siemens Capital and Siemens NX.
• Working knowledge of industry quality and safety standards.
• Capable of taking technical ownership and delivering under tight deadlines.
