Job summary

Red Bull Technology is seeking an experienced Electrical Technician for our Milton Keynes Factory. You will deliver high-performance electrical components, looms, and assemblies for our F1 car within the Electronics Department.

This fixed-term contract role requires strong drawing interpretation, systems knowledge, and the ability to work under pressure. You’ll join a world-class, high-performance innovation hub that values collaboration, speed, and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience producing wiring assemblies for F1 or high-level motorsport.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical drawings and procedures.
• Familiar with System 25, autosport connectors, and fine gauge wiring.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality electrical components, looms and assemblies for the F1 car.
• Work to drawings and procedures, unsupervised when required, take responsibility for tasks.
• Collaborate with the Electronics Department to ensure reliability and performance.
• Contribute under pressure to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Play a key role in delivering high-performance electrical and electronic systems for our F1 car, including looms, sensors, and assemblies.

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Technician to join our Electronics Department, to produce high quality Electrical and Electronic components, looms and assemblies.

This role is a Fixed Term Contract - based full time at our Milton Keynes Factory.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has some experience producing wiring assemblies for either F1 or high level Motorsport.
• Has a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of mechanical and electrical technical drawings and the appropriate procedures, to be able to work unsupervised where required and take responsibility for a task, once set.
• Familiar with System 25, autosport connectors, fine gauge wiring.
• Can work under pressure meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Good communication skills, enthusiasm and the ability to learn and adapt quickly are prerequisite for the role. The ability to work well as part of a team is an essential skill within Red Bull Technology.
