Qualifications

• Degree in Building Services (Electrical biased) or Electrical Engineering.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) or progression toward chartered status.
• Experience delivering electrical building services design in regulated environments.
• Familiarity with design documentation and calculations.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical building services design for small and large projects.
• Produce design docs: basis of designs, specifications, procurement specs, surveys.
• Create and review electrical layout drawings and single-line diagrams.
• Develop engineering calculations to support designs and energy use analysis.
• Assist in bid support, including cost/schedule input and programme updates.
• Ensure compliance with CDM, Building Regulations, and sustainability targets.
• Attend design meetings with Clients and multi-discipline teams.
• Conduct site surveys to assess existing installations and propose upgrades.
