Job summary

Morson Human Resources Limited is recruiting for a Senior or Principal Building Services Engineer (Electrical) to lead electrical building-services design across infrastructure and Ministry of Justice projects in the UK. The role combines technical leadership with project delivery, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with Building Regulations, British Standards and CDM.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or building services related field.
• Chartered Engineer status or equivalent preferred for Principal level.
• Experience designing electrical building-services systems across complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Produce technically sound electrical building-services designs meeting client requirements and standards.
• Coordinate power distribution, lighting, emergency lighting, fire alarms, security systems and standby power.
• Lead or support projects from survey and concept through construction and handover.
• Coordinate electrical designs with mechanical, structural, architectural and other disciplines.
