Qualifications

• Hold a degree or HNC in Building Services/Electrical Engineering and ideally working towards MCIBSE.
• Have significant industry experience working as an Electrical engineer.
• Be IT proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, Autodesk AutoCAD, and Revit.

Responsibilities

• Provide services related to building pathology, design, and project management.
• Advise on Health and Safety, fire safety, and sustainability issues.
• Prepare electrical surveys and identify solutions to service defects.
