Pick Everard is seeking a Principal Building Services Engineer (Electrical) to lead design delivery across multiple sectors from our Nottingham office. You will oversee technical and commercial solutions, mentor junior engineers, and ensure projects meet deadlines and standards.

Qualifications

• HND or degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Knowledge of BS7671 and associated electrical design standards.
• Familiarity with HS/CDM requirements and UK Building Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver portfolios of work across private and public sectors.
• Prepare designs, feasibility studies, reports and contract documents.
• Carry out building analysis and manage contracts.
• Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and graduates.
