Dynisma is seeking a Senior Electrical Build Engineer to lead assembly, integration and testing of advanced motion simulators. You will mentor engineers, drive build quality, and own complex wiring and panel builds across customer sites in the UK and overseas.

Role requires deep technical knowledge, strong problem solving, and the ability to lead builds with minimal supervision while maintaining safety standards and quality records. Competitive package offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing wiring looms, soldering, crimping or panel/machinery builds.
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and understand bill of materials.
• Proficiency in using test equipment such as multimeters, insulation resistance testers and more.
• Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently, while also collaborating as part of a team.
• IPC training.
• Current 18th Edition wiring regulations (BS7671).
• Previous leadership or senior experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example in build quality, precision, and adherence to standards.
• Autonomously manage build packages and document real-time test evidence.
• Perform fault diagnosis and root cause analysis during builds and testing.
• Support prototype, R&D, and new product builds with feedback.
• Mentor and coach other Build Engineers.
• Review build documentation for accuracy and clarity.
