Qualifications

• Experience as a CPN or in the field of early intervention in psychosis is advantageous.
• Strong quality improvement skills to support service development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group interventions to people aged 14–65 with first episode psychosis.
• Champion recovery-oriented practice and personalised care within a multidisciplinary team.
• Support junior staff and contribute to service development and improvement.
