Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Manager in London to lead environmental planning and EIA coordination for major infrastructure projects. You will guide scope, delivery and client relationships, working with regulators and multidisciplinary teams to ensure sustainable outcomes for communities and environments.

You’ll shape strategy within our Environmental Planning group, drive leadership in project delivery, and support growth of a talented team while benefiting from hybrid working and ongoing

Qualifications

• Degree in an environmental, planning or scientific discipline.
• Significant experience delivering Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and environmental coordination for infrastructure projects.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Proven leadership and project management capability.
• Chartered status and membership of a relevant body such as ISEP, CIWEM or IES, or a commitment to achieve this with our support.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental assessment and consenting strategies for major projects.
• Coordinate EIA activities and integrate regulatory requirements with client needs.
• Build trusted client relationships and manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Drive successful outcomes by coordinating with regulators, clients and technical specialists.
• Support career development and leadership within the Environmental Planning team.
