Arcadis is seeking a Senior/Lead EHS Manager for a major data centre construction project in the Nordics. You will design and govern the environmental, health, safety, and security strategy and align multinational contractor networks with client expectations.

The role is based 100% in-country with possible international travel to Norway or Finland (11/3 rotations). You will lead the EHS Management System, oversee RAMS, audits, incidents, and KPI reporting, and foster a culture of care and

Competenze

Extensive senior leadership experience on mega-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
Strong background in EHS management, governance, and client-aligned standards.
Experience delivering hyperscale data centres or complex technology infrastructure.
Commitment to CPD and continuous professional development.
Ability to lead multi-national contractor networks.
