As a Senior Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving compliance and continual improvements in our environmental, health, and safety performance by collaborating with the site ELT and other SMEs across the Teva EHS community. This will include the development and promotion of EHS systems, KPIs, policies and procedures, analysis of metrics, internal and external reporting, training, communication, and audit of the effectiveness of our risk management programmes. You will take a leading role in enhancing the overall site safety culture, resulting in management engagement, employee involvement, and a reduction in unsafe conditions and behaviours.
