Job summary

gategroup, the world's largest airline catering provider, seeks a Senior Manager for Health, Safety & Environment to lead UK&I EHS strategy, governance and ESG initiatives across operations.

You will partner with regional leaders to design and implement safety, risk management and environmental programmes, drive carbon reduction, and ensure regulatory compliance while shaping safety culture for thousands of colleagues in the UK & Ireland.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma or MSc/MA in safety-related field required.
• Level 2 Food Safety in Catering desirable or willingness to obtain.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive health and safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of UK&I EHS strategy across the operation.
• Partner with senior, operational and support management on EHS decisions.
• Set organisational goals, measurements and improvement roadmaps.
• Lead risk management, including risk assessments and corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain compliance programmes aligned to regulatory requirements.
