Job summary

Taylor and Fraser is seeking a highly skilled Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Advisor to join our team and support our SWHE objectives. The successful candidate will drive compliance with EHS management systems, lead risk assessments, and promote a culture of safety across projects and operations.

Reporting to the EHS Manager, you will develop and enforce EHS policies, deliver training, and collaborate with clients and subcontractors to ensure regulatory alignment and continuous

Qualifications

• Lead Health and Safety Advisor with 5-7 years' experience in construction/electrical sectors.
• Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and regulations.
• Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
• Proven ability to develop and enforce EHS policies and training.
• NEBOSH Diploma and professional membership required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce EHS policies and procedures.
• Promote a culture of safety across the organisation.
• Monitor EHS performance and implement improvements.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement control measures.
• Coordinate and deliver EHS training and emergency drills.
• Lead EHS meetings and report to EHS Manager.
• Prepare EHS reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
