Job summary

Teledyne Energetics UK is seeking a seasoned HSE Advisor to lead the development, implementation and maintenance of EH&S programs at the Energetics site, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and ISO standards.

You will conduct risk and COSHH assessments, investigations, and provide training; work with site leaders to improve EMS/HSMS performance, and ensure ISO14001/ISO45001 compliance. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Advanced knowledge of EH&S regulations and EMS/HSMS.
• Experience with COSHH, risk assessments, and audits.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all applicable legal, corporate and ISO requirements.
• Implement site-level EH&S programs, policies and procedures.
• Document permits, conduct COSHH/risk assessments, and training.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor environmental impacts and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with corporate EH&S team to align with policies.
