RecSeekers is seeking a Senior Education Recruitment Consultant to cover UK operations. The role focuses on day-to-day supply and long-term placements across major UK cities, with hybrid working preferred and fully remote options available for proven performers.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in temporary Education recruitment, with experience managing 100+ temporary days out, and a deep understanding of schools, MATs, and academy group relationships.

Qualifications

• Experienced Education recruiters with a proven history of managing 100+ temporary days out.
• Strong understanding of the UK supply market, including day-to-day bookings and long-term placements.
• Track record of developing relationships with schools, MATs and academy groups; business development & account management.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day supply and long-term placements across UK offices.
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, MATs and academy groups.
• Leverage existing accounts and client relationships to grow temporary desks.
• Operate in a performance-led environment with autonomous desk management.
