Job summary

Affinity Workforce is seeking a Senior Account Manager for the Affinity Partnerships Team in Bristol. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for education-based roles across MSP accounts, building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service from the Bristol City Centre.

The role offers training and progression opportunities, with a salary up to £40,000 plus quarterly bonus. After probation, you may work from home one day per week and enjoy generous annual leave and wellbeing

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience operating a 360 desk.
• Strong track record of managing a high-volume recruitment desk/account.
• Confident and effective communicator with a target-driven mindset.
• Willingness for leadership opportunities and career growth.
• Full Driving Licence preferable.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for education-based roles across the accounts within our MSPs.
• Develop long-lasting relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Provide exceptional customer service across large-scale accounts.
• Proactively generate a pipeline of high-quality candidates for temporary and contract education staff.
• Build relationships through both face-to-face and remote interactions with customers.
• Monday to Friday 7:15–16:15 (school term time) and four-hour days (school holidays).
