Job summary

Arkus is seeking an eDiscovery Senior Project Manager to own matters end to end, including scoping, processing, review strategy, analytics and productions. You will manage budgets and client relationships as the trusted adviser on complex disputes for law firms and corporates.

Working remote-first with core collaboration days in central London, you will leverage an AI-forward stack, including Merlin Alchemy, RelativityOne and Nuix, to deliver precise, defensible productions.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in eDiscovery consulting or PM, from a leading provider or law firm
• End-to-end ownership of complex matters with substantial budgets and timelines
• Deep command of EDRM, CAL, eDiscovery analytics; RCA; Nuix Discover Master or equivalent certification
• Exceptional attention to detail ensuring accurate reconciliations and clear explanations
• Forward-thinking with AI and judicious use of generative AI in review workflows

Responsibilities

• Own matters end to end: scoping, processing, review strategy, analytics and productions
• Manage budgets and client relationships as trusted adviser
• Lead on complex disputes for boutique and international law firms and corporates
