Responsibilities:

• Work with a team of econometricians from a range of levels to deliver projects
• Lead on elements of econometrics projects, from implementing measurement plans, creating actionable insights and presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Support stakeholders to help with the integration of findings into business decisions.
• Work alongside and support junior econometricians, supporting their development

Personal specification:

• Experience in handling and analysing data with a statistical programming language or statistical software package
• MMM, Marketing Mix Modeling Experience
• Successful use of econometrics in a commercial environment
• A passion for using statistical techniques to convert observable data into recommendations.
• media planning and buying and experience using optimisation to inform media planning.
• Ability to vision what can be achieved with different analytical techniques and what works best to solve a client’s problem?
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal – the ability to present and explain complex information clearly to clients without a technical background
• Competency in using R and/or Python programming knowledge would be an advantage
