Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Ecommerce Trading Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring sales targets are met across online channels including OFFICE, OFFSPRING, OFFUCTS, Apps & Concessions. Your main duties will include managing a team, overseeing online trading activities, and forecasting sales.

• Propose and adjust yearly sales plans and forecasts to meet business targets.
• Develop and implement online trading strategies to enhance customer experience and increase profit margins.
• Monitor sales daily, generate reports, and optimize trade by addressing underperformers and leveraging bestsellers.
• Manage and coach a team, set objectives, and conduct performance reviews.
• Lead major ecommerce projects like personalization, categorization, and new initiatives.
• Manage content and trading calendars, aligning site content with marketing campaigns.
• Plan and execute promotional activities, including forecasting and post-event analysis.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of online trading experience in a fast-paced digital retail environment.
• Experience managing a team.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with visual merchandising skills.
• Decision-making based on analysis and current trends.
• Experience in fashion retail and an eye for detail.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, VM tools, HTML, and Google Analytics.
• Experience with Content Square or Hybris is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and team orientation.
