Job summary

One to One Personnel Limited is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Merchandiser with a strong background in fashion retail, ecommerce trading and seasonal range planning. This role focuses on turning data into trading decisions within a fast-paced environment, supporting seasonal planning, forecasting and stock management.

You will work closely with Buying, Design, Marketing and Operations to maximise sales opportunities and ensure stock is effectively planned.

Qualifications

At least 4 years' merchandising experience in fashion retail or high-volume ecommerce.
Experience in structured retail merchandising within an established team.
Hands-on WSSI and OTB experience.

Responsibilities

Trading & Performance Analysis: produce weekly, monthly & seasonal reports analyzing trends.
WSSI & OTB Management: monitor sales, stock & intake supporting forecasting and budget.
Range & Assortment Planning: develop seasonal plans and core/carryover lines.
Forecasting & Stock Planning: analyse demand and plan replenishment for inventory.
In-Season Trading: adjust stock, promotions and markdown strategies.
Seasonal Reviews: analyse top/bottom performers to guide buying.
Product Launches: coordinate deliveries and ecommerce availability.
Competitor & Market Analysis: monitor trends and promotions for growth.
