This 12-month fixed-term role demands leadership in driving digital business growth for innovative brands. Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within the Beauty/Skincare industry.
• Proficient in managing P&L and optimizing Ecommerce strategy.
• Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive Ecommerce strategy and manage the P&L.
• Deliver revenue and KPI targets in line with the marketing investment.
• Lead the team in identifying opportunities for consumer engagement and digital innovation.
