Job summary

Team Jobs - Executive is seeking a Commercial Excellence Lead for Ecommerce EMEA in Basingstoke, a hybrid role with two days remote. You will drive pricing principles, promotional governance and profitability analysis to optimise ecommerce performance across EMEA.

The role requires 5+ years in Commercial Excellence, advanced Excel and Power BI skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders within a matrix organisation. Excellent benefits and a competitive package are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Commercial Excellence or related roles.
• Strong understanding of pricing, promotions and profitability drivers.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders within a matrix organisation.
• Advanced Excel and BI tool proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing principles, frameworks and guidance for ecommerce channels and retailers.
• Analyse promotional performance and ROI across markets.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability and investment efficiency.
• Coordinate portfolio and assortment optimisation with market and ecommerce teams.
• Build scorecards and dashboards to monitor pricing, promotions and margin.
