Job summary

Lucion is recruiting a Senior Ecologist to lead ecological surveys from the site visit to final report, map habitats, assess ecological value, and develop practical solutions. You will translate field findings into clear, high-quality reports and work with clients, regulators, and communities to deliver responsible outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have a relevant degree (2:1+), CIEEM membership, 3+ years consultancy experience, Natural England protected species licences, and a full driving

Qualifications

• Experience in ecological consultancy and leading projects.
• Membership of a professional body (e.g., CIEEM).
• 3+ years of consultancy experience.
• Protected species licence with Natural England.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead ecological surveys from site visit to final report.
