Responsibilities

1. Planning and conducting habitat and protected species surveys, supervising field staff to identify key receptors, constraints, and opportunities.
2. Preparing and delivering technical reports, EcIA, ES chapters, and inputting into HRA reports; designing mitigation and compensation measures to meet NPF4 requirements.
3. Managing project finances with support from senior management.
4. Collaborating with senior management and clients to generate new work streams and leading tenders.
5. Travel will be involved; a full UK driving licence is required.

Candidate Profile

• Full CIEEM membership and a relevant degree.
• Experience in delivering ECoW on various projects and handling EPS and other licence applications.
• Possibly an EPS licensed consultant (Class 1 or 2 bat/species) with knowledge of UK/EU wildlife legislation and survey techniques.
• Strong time and project management skills, effective communication, and relationship-building abilities.
